Whitney Huston

Associate Attorney


Whitney Huston is an associate attorney with The Sturdevant Law Firm. She represents clients in consumer protection and discrimination matters. She has experience representing plaintiffs in disputes involving unfair and unlawful business practices, fraud and discrimination. Prior to joining The Sturdevant Law Firm, Ms. Huston litigated fair housing and predatory lending cases at the Fair Housing Law Project.

Ms. Huston received her B.A. from Vassar College in 1998 and her J.D. degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2004.

Ms. Huston serves on the Board of Directors of General Assistance Advocacy Project (GAAP), a legal services organization servicing low-income and homeless clients in San Francisco. She is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the Northern District of California.
